Weekend with Kalie

Well Kalie came this weekend and we had a good time. I felt kinda bad cause I had school and work while she was here but things worked out and she hopefully had a good time. We always love taking pictures so here are just a few!

Suns Game

Well yesterday I had the oppertunity to go the the Suns vs Jazz game up in Salt Lake City. Oh man I had so much fun! I really wasn't supposed to go, but Tahnee had to be somewhere else so she gave me her ticket and let me rock her Nash jersey. It was such a fun game. Since we were in Utah, there werent' many suns fans around so we were some of the select few cheering. Everyone kept giving us dirty looks, but it was all good! We ended up loosing but we had a great time!

Tons of Fun at School

Wow, It has really been a long time since i've put pictures up! Well for those that don't know...School is going so good! I am having such a good time! The girls in my class are so much fun! They aren't the typical prissy girls that I tought they were going to be. I really consider my self lucky! We had a hair show not too long ago and it went really well. We had to get a lot of stuff done for that so it kind of put our learning behind schedule a little bit. We are back in the groove now and things are beter. On friday I had my first hair cut model. I cut my room mates hair and it was just a smiple hair cut but it turned out really good! Tomorrow is my weave model and my friend Tahnee is doing it! I'm really excited! I have really just been having so much fun!

First day of School!

Well today was the first day of school! It was kinda intimidating because I really didn't know what to expect. Right off I met a girl named Laci and she was really fun! We both couldn't believe how prissy some of these girls were. I was so funny to watch what the girls were doing, it was just a comedy hour being there.
I'm the type of person that doesn't like drama and I just do my best to stay out of it. I have never worked with a lot of girls so this is quite the change being surrounded by at least 30-50 girls there. Its crazy for sure! That girl Laci that I met today was really nice and she hates drama too so I'm quite sure we'll get along perfect!
We got our kits today so that was exciting! I'm going to go through it tonight and make sure everything works properly! Its kinda cool.. We don't actually start classes until 9:00 and we can clock in as early as 8:00. Most girls come in early and do their hair and make up and they get credit for that extra hour they come in. The instructors oked it too! So I think I'll be doing that! I figure I have to get ready anyway, why not get credit for it!
Well thats my first day story and this is a picture of my first day of school. When we were younger, we used to take pictures of us on our first day of school so I decided to cary on the tradition!

Home Sweet Home

Oh man, this weekend was so much fun! It was really short but sweet. My dad got called to be in the bishop brick in the kimball branch. I was really excited for him but sad I couldn't be there. I looked at my work schedule and figured if I could get one shift coverd then I would be able to go home. My friend agreed to pick up my work shift so I decided to fly home. It was so last minute so I wanted it to be a surprise. My mom and dad were the only ones who knew I was coming. Luckily, my mom had a scout meeting that Saturday in Phoenix so she just picked me up at the airport. I came home and just made jaws drop, it was so funny to see everyones reaction when they saw me! I had such a good time seeing everyone and getting a chance to spend a few hours with everyone. I really wish I could have had one more day, it just went entirily too fast! I had fun though! It was well worth the trip before school started!

Of coarse I stopped by Yamaha and said hi to everyone, this is Houston, Me, and Adam. It was so sad to leave them a second time. I almost didn't want to come back to Provo cause I missed working there so much!

Life at The "Y"

Well life at the Y has been fun so far! The other night we went up to the base of the Y mountain trail and took pictures. It was really fun! There is a huge gate that has a Y centerd in it, so we took on the challenge and climbed it instead of the actual mountain! It was so funny to watch everyone climb it and take pictures!
It's starting to get really cold here now so it kinds sucks but I have several cute beenies to sport during the winter season so I'm ready! All together this experience has been fun an believe it or not, I'm actuall enjoying it here!

Red Lobster

So here are a few pictures of me in my Red Lobster uniform. I Look kinda silly but you can see what I get to wear to work. So far this has been a fun job. I like the people I work with! They keep me laughing! I have been serving now for 2 weeks, and I'm starting to make some really good money. It was cool, my manager keeps an updated total of sales from the previous day and highlights the top 3. I had my name highlighted twice on there. It was just cool that i'm keepin up there with those who have been serving for a while! Its fun and I enjoy it!
